I have had my lower jowls treated and they are no longer an issue. Unfortunately, I still have bulging beside my mouth in the superior jowl fat region. Considering I do not want the lower jowl or jawline treated, is there a surgery that would be best just for treating this area? I think that fat used to sit further back in a slightly diagonal direction.
