Best surgery for superior jowl fat? (photos)

Question

I have had my lower jowls treated and they are no longer an issue. Unfortunately, I still have bulging beside my mouth in the superior jowl fat region. Considering I do not want the lower jowl or jawline treated, is there a surgery that would be best just for treating this area? I think that fat used to sit further back in a slightly diagonal direction.

Thankyou for providing reference pictures for a better recommendation. It seems as that you would benefit from a mini facelift which would target your midface and lower cheek area. This procedure will give you a more defined jaw structure and pull your jowls to get a tightened and firm look which would look more natural. I would also suggestto look carefully into your surgeon of choice and make sure they are doing scarless vertical endoscopic lift which would be give more natural looking appearance.
