Got PAH after coolsculpting what now? (photos)

58 year old male, had coolsculpting done on the area right above my belt line on 7/6/16. Pictures taken on 9/15/16 looked good. Diagnosed by physician wit PAH. Was told that Zeltique was going to pay for a LIPO. Is this true? Can Dr's please give me info on what will happen next?

Yes , coolsculpting will pay if you have documented this truly occurred and have photos before and after.  I have had many patients who have been treated with liposuction for PAH however you look like you may need skin removal, its hard to tell from your photos along with the liposuction.  Please see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your question. Yes, Coolsculpting will pay if you have documented this has occurred. You should have before and after photos to show. However, you should see the treating physician that performed you Coolsculpting treatment so they can confirm the PAH and contact Zeltiq. Then Zeltiq will arrange the next steps forward. You should go back to the practitioner that performed the coolsculpting so that they can confirm the PAH and then contact Zeltiq (parent company). From that point Zeltiq will arrange the next steps. Sorry to hear that that happened to you. Best of luck going forward.
