Will nipple piercings ruin inversion surgery if taken out?

If I had nipple inversion correction and my nipples remain flat, would getting nipple piercings be ok? If I took the piercings out, would this undo the surgery results, like make the ducts want to retract nipple?

Hello, I am not aware of any specific contraindication to nipple piercing after inverted nipple correction. On the other hand, in the event that nipple piercing causes some scar tissue, it is feasible that it might change the shape of the nipple or even cause retraction.  The outcomes are not always predictable.  Perhaps the person who actually performs the nipple piercing procedure will be able to tell you about the risks of scarring, infection or other complications that might change the nipple shape.
