Can my buccal fat come back if I gain weight by bulking?

I had buccal fat removal done and now i want bulk to gain muscle. So I am very skinny and i want to gain muscle and some weight. To achieve this i would essentially have to bulk and gain some weight. I had buccal fat removed a couple months ago. And now i am wondering that if i bulk and gain weight would my buccal fat comeback and possibly not go away.

Buccal fat removal is a PERMANENT cosmetic plastic surgery procedure. Buccal fat pads that are removed NEVER come back. HOWEVER, if a patient that underwent buccal fat removal and then gains excessive body weight, he or she could she a decrease in the results of the buccal fat removal. The reason is the remaining fat pockets of the face ( that are around the already gone buccal fat pad pocket) can grow in size, just masking the result of buccal fat removal.

After buccal fat is removed, weight gain or weight loss typically has very little effect on that area. Best,

The buccal fat pad is not very responsive to changes in weight, and is more of a genetic deposit.  To restore this lost volume, the best product would be Sculptra, which can be injected deeper into the face, though this does not seem to be your issue.  Good luck!
