After tons of research, I have what I believe to be hereditary malar mounds. The puffiness or extra fat at the top of my cheeks that creates a crease. I had them in my newborn pictures. Something I’ve always had. I’ve done so many different treatments including RF, IPL, microneedling and Ulthera. Nothing has worked. Is there anything that can be done to remove the puffiness or excess fat?
