 Cheek implants simply augment a flat maxilla and a flat cheek profile, they do not given angular look. Your assumption about the value of cheek implants to your face is correct. With very strong brow bones and chin/jawline, your cheeks are curiously lacking in that same amount of skeletal prominence. More defined cheeks would be the 'missing' element to an overall facial angularity.

  Hi, from the attached photos, your cheeks are quite flat anteriorly (in the front).  I have performed many cheek augmentations, using cheek implants, to shape and contour the cheeks adding angularity to the face which is perceived as ruggedly handsome.  Hope this helps.
