During liposuction why is some fat that is sucked out liquidy and other chunky?

What exactly causes the different texture in fat? I was told during Smart Lipo of arms by the medical assistant that the fat came out more chunky than the usual liquid type fat, I was curious to know what causes this different and what it means

Pain can be variable for patients who have had liposuction. If necessary, this pain can be treated with anti-inflammatory medications and neurontin. If it persists, I recommend following up with your Doctor. It can take 3-6 months for final results with liposuction. I suggest lymphatic massage,...
