How can I change the shape of my breasts? (photo)

Question

Hi! I'm a 20 year old and I've never had children. I currently wear a 36B. I have always had sagging breasts that point downwards, exactly like example c in the picture I've attached. I would really like rounder, perkier breasts, but I need them to look and feel natural. Is there a way to achieve this without surgery? If not, I am definitely interested in procedures to fix my problem. Thanks!

There is a new technique called The Mini Ultimate Breast
LiftTM.  Using only a
circumareola incision it is possible to reshape your breast tissue creating
upper pole fullness, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to
increase your cleavage.  Aligning the
areola and breast tissue over the bony prominence of the chest wall maximizes
anterior projection without the use of implants.  This technique maintains nipple sensation and
the ability to breast feed.  The only

Dear Elsa,   From your description and the picture it appears that you have level 2 ptosis(droopiness). With the condition that you have and knowing that you would like to have perky breasts , you have to have some kind of a lift procedure with the augmentation. Most likely, due to the augmentation, a mini lift (Bennelli, donut) procedure will suffice. Since you are a 36 B, ( knowing your height would be helpful) a 36 D will look very attractive and natural for you. To achieve  this goal , a 350 cc implants will do. A displacement massage will be critical to obtain a soft , naturally moving and looking breast. Always consult with board certified plastic surgeons and check their before and after to make sure that you like the results.               Best of luck,                                   Dr Widder

-From your description and the picture you have provided, it appears that you have breast ptosis.  -A breast lift, called a mastopexy, is an operation that can result in perkier, more youthful appearing breasts. -The operation does involve making incisions around your areolas and on the breasts as well. -Definitely meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to find out more!

Breasts develop differently in women so you shouldn't feel bad that your breasts are not "normal" as they are drawn in your photo example. Surgery is the only way that you will be able to change the shape of your breasts and may be as simple as just a breast lift (without an implant). Unfortunately there is no nonsurgical way to address your concerns.  You may benefit from a breast lift. You have a number of options which will depend on your current anatomy.
