Is It Possible to Change the Placement of Breast Implants After a Year Without Undergoing Another Surgery?

Trying to change the positioning of a breast implant will require another surgery. You should have another conversation and consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to help determine exactly what can and can not be changed. Compression garments or bras will not have any effect after a year. 

        Implants that are widely separated cannot be moved closer together without surgery and a pocket revision.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of breast augmentations and breast augmentation revisions each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

You are not going to correct this without surgery. It may be the implants are too far lateral and closing up the pocket will give more cleavage. Bigger implants can also help some.

It is not possible to change the position of your implants without undergoing further surgery.  Good luck.

By now your capsules are well formed and mature, and it is very, very unlikely that anything nonsurgical will have any beneficial effect at repositioning your implants.  At this point the only thing you can do is restructure the pocket, and that is a surgical procedure.

If your implants are indeed too widely spaced and fall off to side when you lay back the pocket will need to be revised to hold the implants centered in the breast. Sorry, but this will mean surgery.

Based on the information given, it sound like you need breast pocket revision.  The only way to correct this is with surgery.  Consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss your options.  Best wishes!
