I have a couple of scars on either side of one nipple after some poor teenage judgment and a piercing that I had for just a few of months. I was curious if punch excision or another procedure could rid me of these scars..?

First use combination cream of hydroquinone kojic acid steroid and tretinoin. This will lighten dark marks.If only partially effective either the q switched laser or erbium at 200 microns can lighten these dark area. I would recommend a test spot with the laser to see how it heals first.
