Any suggestions for nipple piercing scar?

I have a couple of scars on either side of one nipple after some poor teenage judgment and a piercing that I had for just a few of months. I was curious if punch excision or another procedure could rid me of these scars..?

The scar can probs Ly be re used but this need to be determined in person with an examination .Excison of the tract with good postop care can yield a better result but results will vary from person to person.

Yes, nipple scar revision is possible.  If the scar is secondary to a piercing the entire tract of scar tissue should be removed since it may cause some problem down the road if only the ends of the piercing tract are revised/removed.  This can be done under local anesthesia if desired.All the best,Dr. Remus Repta
