When I was younger i always scratch mosquito bites on my skin then it leave a dark spots and i want to make it unnoticeable because i regret what i did before and ever since I dont wear shorts outside.

First use combination cream of hydroquinone kojic acid steroid and tretinoin. This will lighten dark marks.If only partially effective either the q switched laser or erbium at 200 microns can lighten these dark area. I would recommend a test spot with the laser to see how it heals first.
