Can I have a microneedling procedure if I have Rosacea and Demodex?

I have been diagnosed with Rosacea and Demodex mites. I am using ivermectin and metronidazole. Can I have a microneedling procedure? I've read it can be helpful for Rosacea. If so do I stop using ivermectin and metronidazole before the procedure? Thank you
