Will my septum scar after rhinoplasty disappear, and is it swollen too? (photos)

I feel like the part of my septum where my scar is goes on a downhill slope causing my whole nose to look off/bad and I'm wondering if this was bad reconnecting on the surgeons part or if it is swollen too and that will subside along with the rest of my nose swelling. It appears that the scar line is broken up into two different levels, as seen in the photo. I'm very concerned about this. Photos are attached. Thank you

  Dear findinghappy, Depending on the specifics of the rhinoplasty, we instruct our patients that they may blow their noses 1-2 weeks after surgery. I would have your surgeon examine they bump on your nose. Good luck. Dr. Gervais.
