Fat transfer to temple or shaving brow bone? The one near my piercing looks like it’s more widened or falling down. Maybe a nose job to straighten my nose bridge?
Answer: Eyes uneven You'll receive a variety of answers and opinions, but my recommendation (with the very limited information available in your question and photos) is to proceed with extreme care and caution because of your existing natural beauty. Only if you MUST have a change and/or improvement should you consider surgery. In general, a smaller nose visually enlarges the eyes but from front view, straightening the top of your nose (which already looks very nice) is complicated surgery and will not change the eyes at all. The primary asymmetry I see is your upper eyelids. The one on your left in photos (opposite side from piercing) seems a bit lower than the one on your right (the side of the piercing). This can be corrected but may introduce additional asymmetry of your upper lid width. It's a very delicate procedure to be attempted only by experts, and will not produce perfect symmetry. Perfect symmetry is an unrealistic expectation and not necessary for beauty. You are very attractive by any standard, ENJOY.

Answer: Options Typically addressing the bone is far superior to fat grafting to the forehead. Your temples seem ok in these photos. Your nose can definitely be made a bit smaller, and cheek implants will enhance your already large and bright eyes. Watch our videos to learn more.

Answer: Correction of forehead/temple and nose surgery It is impossible to see what is a real nature of forehead and temple irregularities; correction may include flattening by means of adding tissue (filler, fat grafts) vs shaving/rasping bone prominences. A full or tip rhinoplasty should be considered. Hope this helps.

Answer: Eyes and eyebrow bone uneven The limited photographs demonstrate asymmetrical eyelids and eyebrows, which is genetic. You appear to have ptosis and your left eyelid, which could be addressed under a local anesthesia by an Oculoplastic surgeon. A brow lift is not necessary. A closed rhinoplasty can accomplish refinement of the nasal tip, straightening your bridge line, with all the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required, no painful packing is required either.

Answer: Conservative changes Since you are young, you may wish to be more conservative here. You may consider a left brow lift to better symmetrize your brow position/open look and possible a conservative rhinoplasty to better define the tip and bridge of the nose.
