my left eye is much lower than my right eye, can upper and lower eyelid surgery fix this? how much would it cost?
Answer: Orbital dystopia and asymmetry In most people there is difference in shape and position of the orbits (eye sockets) due to asymmetric development of the two sides of the face. It would take very elaborate craniofacial procedure to create more symmetric orbits; it is hard to believe that even most skillful craniofacial surgeon would consider surgical correction in your case. Creative make up camouflage may be one of the acceptable options. Good luck.

Answer: Your right upper eyelid may be drooping and covering your pupil There is a possibility of your right upper eyelid partially covering your pupil, which may be due to weaker or stretched muscle that lifts the upper eyelid called the levator. A diagnosis for eyelid ptosis is needed to determine if this is the case. Eyelid ptosis correction surgery is a specialized procedure performed by oculofacial/oculoplastic surgeons, and not performed by general plastic, or cosmetic surgeons. More details are featured in the attached video.
