Would laser lipo work for me? When would I have to start treatments to see the best results for my wedding 45 days out?

Thank you for your question. I suggest starting as soon as possible with laser lipo treatments if you're looking to lose weight in 45 days. An in-office consultation is recommended to determine if laser lipo is the best treatment for you. 

I would recommend focusing on diet and exercise for your stated goal of weight loss. Many patients present for consultation for Lipo with the goal of quick weight loss. Liposuction is a contouring procedure, it helps you achieve a new shape with a smaller waistline. In addition, the inflammation which develops post Lipo may linger for weeks to months. This is definitely not the correct time to consider Lipo prior to your big day. Hope this helps.

I would recommend high def lipo.  Having said that 45 days to see your max results would be unlikely.  You will look better than your currently do but with any type of lipo you will need a period of 4-6 months for final results.  Send some photos and I can give you a better idea of what is best for you

It's one treatment. When it comes to laser liposuction, PRECISION SCULPT®, in my hands and with my patients, I find that the patient needs about four weeks of healing for situations such as weddings and tropical vacations.  It takes about three months to reach a stable point and this is also the time I like to take official after photos.  

Keep in mind, it takes 3-6 months for final results with laser lipo. It's also not a weight loss procedure, but is good for removing stubborn areas of fat. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result.
