What is the differences between the two profiles( hp and mod plus)? Wanting to get the most cleavage I can without a push up bra, currently am a 32aa/a thinking 375cc but what profile? my bwd is 11.5 so I could go either mod plus or hp right? Also going with silicone and under the muscle. Is it true that one profile gives a more "fake" appearance?
Answer: High Profile vs Mod Profile Thanks for your question. The profile is actually based on the projection of the implant itself. The implant will be wider with a moderate plus profile and not project out as far, where a high profile implant will be more narrow and give you more projection forward. Cleavage is also based on the anatomy of your body and how close they are physically able to place the implants. If you were able to try on the implants you should get a feel for the projection difference and way they look between the high profile and the moderate plus profile. The high profile isn't necessary made to give a "fake look", but it can give you more of that look than the moderate profile. If you would like more information regarding breast augmentation, you can download a free copy of my Breast Augmentation Planner at ABetterBreast.com.Best of luck.

Answer: Breast Augmentation with High Profile and Moderate-Plus Profile Implants There is so much information available in social media about breast implant profiles, it becomes even more confusing. When we see women in the office who are considering breast augmentation, I really try to find out what kind of "look" they are going for. Most women tell me they want to look "natural" and wear a C cup, yet that means so many different things. I use a lot of moderate-plus profile implants because I find those create a very nice look for most women. High profile implants, in my opinion, often create more of an augmented look. There often is not much of a subtle transition between the upper chest and the breast when high profile implants are used for thin women with little natural breast tissue. It's the chest, then boom, the projecting round breast. In addition, over time high profile implants place more pressure on the existing breast tissue near the front of the breast, creating more thinning of that tissue and possibly more visible ripples there. I do use high profile implants from time to time depending on the physical findings and the thoughts and desires of the woman undergoing the augmentation. It sounds like you have already scheduled surgery. You should have a thorough discussion with your surgeon about all of this. Your surgeon and her/his staff should take the time to thoroughly explain how the different implants are likely to affect your specific outcome.

Answer: #Cleavage After #BreastAugmentation The key with cleavage is your starting anatomy. Both high profile and moderate implants are made with sufficient width for an 11.5 cm base. The key beyond this is the "look" you are wanting. Thus, either implant can produce maximal cleavage, but will give different looking breasts. The one limitation in under the muscle augmentation is where your chest muscle inserts on the breast bone. This is something a surgeon should not significantly change (without possibly creating other problems). Relaize that not every patient can get everything they want (anatomy may dictate otherwise), but if you communicate with your doctor you will likely get your ideal result. You should see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to get a formal opinion through an in-person consultation.Best of luck, Vincent Marin, MDSan Diego Plastic SurgeonMarinAesthetics.com

Answer: Choosing breast implants for cleavage Forget the volume first of all, that's the last thing to use in choosing the right implant. The key to getting cleavage is to have an implant WIDE enough (diameter) to get near to the midline. Next, the profile (HP vs Mod +) determines how much FULLNESS you will get. The HP is fuller (faker) looking but many folks want that so they don't need pushup bras. Make sure you go to a plastic surgeon who can make this process clear to you so that you will love your result.
