Is this a case for revision Otoplasty? Over-correction & soreness (Photos)

doorbee71
8 months ago I had Otoplasty to correct over prominence on both sides. Two sets of permanent sutures added. On both theres a very prominent helix. Also on the right ear you can see that it looks over-corrected as if stapled back. The left looks better however its sensitive and many days I'll wake up with it sore in the area of the sutures and also further up at the top of the ear. Is it possible that revision can be fix the right ears over-correction and the soreness on the left?
