Is this a case for revision Otoplasty? Over-correction & soreness (Photos)

Hello there! I can see what you're talking about. A revision can certainly make improvements, but the surgeon would need to be careful in order to not create further deformity or compromise of the skin and cartilage. The soreness within the left ear could be a result of neuropathy or the sutures themselves. Sometimes, removal of the sutures (if present) helps. Other times, it may not improve. I would seek consultation with another surgeon who performs otoplasty if you're not comfortable returning to your prior one. Hope this helps!
