Judging by the photos you sent, I think your ears now look normal. In people who have never had surgery, they are never perfectly symmetrical. And no-one else looks that closely.

Pixie ears are simple to fix if the surgeon knows how. The earlobe needs to be rounded out and converted to a detached earlobe. I have several examples on my Instagram of pixie ears that were corrected showing how it is done.
