A closed rhinoplasty can reduce the tip and bridge. An alar base reduction can be performed as well.Find a board certified plastic surgeon who has performed hundreds of rhinoplasties. Look for great reviews and great before

Rhinoplasty for the very SHORT wide nose. You need to be very careful who does your nose! I have done noses like yours for 35 years and they require lengthening as well as narrowing the width. Only revision rhinoplasty surgeons should do your nose. Be careful in your choice--good luck. 

DNAY0807: It is important that you have rhinoplasty with someone experienced with ethnic (African America, Asian, Hispanic) rhinoplasty as these noses have some unique characteristics requiring a tailored approach.  For example, your nose has wide nasal bones, a bridge close to your face, and relatively wide nostrils.  I know Dr. Kulbersh in Charlotte, NC.  He is very experienced with noses like yours and an excellent person and surgeon.  Best of luck. 

After reviewing your photos, it is my opinion that your nose can be improved by applying the basic standard principles of rhinoplasty. Your nose, in my opinion, will look better if your width and nostrils are smaller--- your tip is more refined---- and the middle third of the nose is slightly narrower. 

I think your nose has lots of possibilities.  I would narrow the base, lengthen the tip.  Possibly build up the bridge.  These maneuvers would improve the nose to show the eyes more and balance your facial features.

The nasal areas that concern you can be cosmetically improved with an artistically performed rhinoplasty.Keep in mind that following
advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly
what to do based on two dimensional photos without examining you, physically
feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical
history and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not
be in your best surgery. Natural appearing results need to be individualized
and what is appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone
else. I would suggest that you find a surgeon with extensive ethnic rhinoplasty
experience certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one who is
ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS)
or a facial plastic surgeon (otolaryngologist) that you trust and are

 The rhinoplasty procedure can address narrowing the wide nose with medial and lateral osteotomies to the nasal bones.  There are some suture techniques  available to narrow the tip if needed. An alar plasty is required to narrow wide nostrils. This involves making an small excision of skin at the base of the nostril and narrowing them.
