My nostrils appear lopsided due to the columella healing unevenly. It's freaking me out a little because my nose prior to surgery was VERY symmetrical. I did have a "hanging tip" that was brought up. Can someone tell me if this is normal? Thank you

Probably not. I have not seen an studies that show that constant pressure on the top of your nose can influence how it grew. Trauma to the growth centers of the bone and nasal septum in your younger years certainly can change the shape and deviate the septum.
There is really no reason that you can't take Allegra after your rhinoplasty procedure. I would agree that it likely will not help with any nasal congestion you may be having after your procedure.
It is acceptable to play contact sports after rhinoplasty, but it is best to wait at least 4-6 weeks before engaging in this activity. Important to give the nasal bones enough time to heal before getting injured. Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished ...
