After 2 facelifts, I have crepy skin on my neck. I have had RF Micro needling but the crepy ness still remains. Do you think Ellacore would be a good choice to remedy this problem?

Answer: Ellacor - skin after facelift Yes!! I like Ellacor exactly for issues like this. I like Morpheus RF microneedling also and have had patients alternate between the two treatments. Morpheus does take about 7 months to get full effect and depending on your age, both Ellacor and Morpheus need more than one treatment. But patients not wishing to undergo further surgeries, nonsurgical options will improve this area. RF micro needling does not remove any skin. It uses energy based thermal injury of the skin to improve skin quality. ellacor is a micro-coring device that does not cause any thermal injury of the skin. This is the only device that removes skin. Depending on your exam, more than one session of ellacor may be recommended.

The best way to get rid of looseness of the skin on the face is to restore the volume of the face that has been lost over the years as the person ages. The absolute best way to correct this problem is with fat grafting to the face. When this Procedure is done by a plastic surgeon with lots of experience in fat grafting techniques, the results are natural and practically permanent.
