What the risk factors are for Fillers/ Nose Job/small facelift with FVL?

For someone with FVL ( Facto V Leiden Hetero) - wondering what the risk factors are for Fillers like Juvederm and under-eye areas - Also what are the risk factors for Nose Job, and small facelift? I'm 50 and haven't had a clot yet.
