Any suggestions on caring for mild case of shingles on face 3 mos post deep chemical peel (Jessners/TCA)? (photos)

I developed a mild case of shingles on my face. Mostly scabbing now very small marks, never got big blisters, I am on viral meds, soaking in water/white vinegar, cleansing with Cetaphil Bacterial Soap and Moisturizing with Cerave. Is there anything else I can do so prevent scarring on my new beautiful skin.

This should be treated with pulsed dye laser/vbeam to prevent scarring and derease the redness.  Post peel/ablation skin care is needed, which includes a wound healing cream called bioshield and a topical growth factor, vitamin C, and sun protection.  Please see a laser expert for treatment. Vinegar soaks help especially to decrease bacterial and fungal loads during healing.  This far out usually a steroid cream is good and you absolutely have to wear sunblock every day spf 50 should be fine.  Other creams are available that may help as well containing silicone caffeine etc but there's no evidence they would help for this
