Would a TCA peel get rid of the big pores on my nose? (Photo)

Hello Doctor, i have big pores on my nose and it's getting bigger and look like it's turning into scares, i don't have acne or pimples. I did had lessor treatment long ago and my nose has never recover. The Pores get filled up with oil and when I push my nose a little stuff come out. I'm so depress. Can a tca cross do something about or any other treatment can help. Thank you
