2 months post thigh lift, have developed a blood clot, so swollen can't see great saphenous vein, what can I do? (photos)

had surgery dec 19 thigh lift 2 weeks after surgery I developed a blood clot in right leg its at the y were the greater saphenous vein meets the common femoral artery at top of leg Dr put me on xarelto 15 mg daily this was on Saturday February 17th on Tuesday 20th foot started turning red and purple so Dr order ct angiogram without contrast and with contrast talk to Dr she said leg is so swollen they can't see great saphenous vein they see the femoral artery with good blood flow I dont no
