Facelift and liposmart does not cause hot flushes. It is very unlikely that the surgery triggered the hot flushes. This may well be due to hormonal imbalance and should be followed up with your physician.
Its unlikely that your surgery has caused hot flashes. This most likely is a hormonal change that you are going through. Sometimes patients feel a little warm for a few days after surgery in the face as you are healing, but this is typically different than a systemic hot flash. Consult your regular GYN to discuss these changes.
