Top lip drops when smiling. Is there another option instead of a lip lift? (photos)

When I smile my top lip goes down in the middle, I have a really smile face in general and I feel like a lip lift would just make things look a little smaller. I just want my top lip to be straight I don’t mind it being a little small is there another option like can I have a lip reduction only on the middle of my lip

Lips come in many different shapes. Your upper lip is full in the center but thinner on the sides. You have the option of filler augmentation in the sides. which would be a better idea or a lip reduction in the center. A lip lift is beneficial if you think your lip is to long vertically or if it covers your teeth when your mouth is slightly open and you are not smiling. A careful examination and measurement is necessary to give you the final answer.
