Can anything be done to fix my lip lift gone wrong? (Photos)

I had two lip lifts over two years ago the second was to revise or fix the first problem. It didn’t work. I am left looking pulled, triangular mouth, narrow and not my desired look. The sill was removed and I have silicone in my lips. What can be done to correct the asymmetry and narrow angular look?

Hello ssSwelling should subside within 1-2 weeks and tightness should diminish within a few months. Mild discomfort may occur but should not hinder day-to-day tasks.You should visit or contact your plastic surgeon about this concern.
