Can anything be done to fix my lip lift gone wrong? (Photos)

Question

I had two lip lifts over two years ago the second was to revise or fix the first problem. It didn’t work. I am left looking pulled, triangular mouth, narrow and not my desired look. The sill was removed and I have silicone in my lips. What can be done to correct the asymmetry and narrow angular look?

Depending on what you want in terms of lip shape, size, and nostril appearance a variety of corrective measures are possible.  Your chosen surgeon should have experience with lip lift revisions, V-Y and W-plasties, rhinoplasty, injectables, and natural aesthetic sense.
