Would a lip lift fix my long philtrum? (photos)

I really hate how long my philtrum is. I'm 33 years old, if that's relevant. Would a lip lift be an appropriate procedure based on the photos? If so how much does something like this cost, and what is the recovery time? Also wondering if there's anything else that could help with the proportions or shape of my features. Any feedback greatly appreciate. Thanks very much!
