Could This Be Capsular Contracture (CC) Again, Already?

Had BA revision 2.5 weeks ago. CC in left side, PS dealt with it and prescribed Accolate for 3 months.Everything great until day 9.Left one swelled suddenly and became painful.PS saw me 3days later said he thought seroma,not heamatoma as no bruising and breast had gone down so he said leave it.Days later bruising appeared.Could this be heamatoma and should my PS surgeon have cleaned it out?Now I have all the same symptoms in left side as I did when I had CC.Is this CC already?Will this go away?

If this happened suddenly at 9 days, I would be far more suspicious of a fluid collection of blood or serum than of capsular contracture. An ultrasound examination can make or exclude that diagnosis if there is a question, and any treatment can be based upon the findings.

You must be overseas because in the US the largest implants are 800 cc's.  The implants look too large for your frame.  You may have  a hematoma best to see your surgeon.
