I had 2 breast augmentations under the muscule,and both times right breast did not drop.What are the possible reasons for breast implant not dropping?How can it be fixed?My surgeon said i dont have capsular contracture.

Answer: Breast implant not dropping
The most common reason for an implant not "dropping" (assuming you do not have a capsular contracture and no preop breast droop) is insufficient dissection of the lower pocket. If the implant was in the correct position immediately post-op and then got pushed up then this suggests a capsular contracture at the lower pocket. However, if the implant was always high then the lower pocket was underdissected. I hope this helps.
