I have a cyst on my nose and do not want a scar. Can you please tell me if getting a steroid shot is the way to go? (Photo)

Had antibiotics which did nothing to reduce it. Plan on getting it cut out but want another option where the scar won’t be as big which is why I suggest drain it with small needle first, ( but will this give me a big hole in my nose ?
