For the past 3 years i've had a sebaceous cyst at the top of my areola. It stays relatively small but you can feel it for sure and it has changed the skin on top to be darker. No dermatologist wants to remove it and doesn't seem to be bothered by it. Except, I am, and I want it out my breast. What would the procedure look like? Can I have it aspirated? What does the healing and scar look like for something like this? With covid19 no one wants to see me, but I want to research before I go.

It is impossible to know what the lump on your chin is without examining you. Once it is determined what the lump is, the treatment options could be discussed. I would consult with a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon.
