Could canthoplasty surgery increase the width of an eye? Could it change the shape of an eye to become more almond shaped?

Festoons are complicated issues.  What I can tell you is that microdneedle is not likely to cause harm but it is also not likely to provide the help you need.  Deeper treatment, hyaluronic acid fillers, or surgery are generally needed.  So much depends on the nature of your festoons.
