I have my saline implants for 10 and think I may have a leak. What are the signs?

Catherine 75
About 3 weeks ago I noticed a tiny red spot on the inside of my left breast. It started to protrude and turned into a painful, large soft bubble filled with fluid. Very soft to the touch. A week later I touched before getting into the shower and it open and began to leak water like clear yellowish fluid. 3 days later the leak stopped and hole is closed up. My left breast is softer and a little bit smaller than it was, but its sitting more natural now. Swelling has gone down.
