I have been reading into breast augmentation and have come across the fact that silicone implants are only legal for those over twenty-two years of age in America. However, I have not been able to find a definite age requirement for Australia other than the requirement of being eighteen years for saline implants.

From your story, in my opinion, it's extremely unlikely that this amount of trauma could rupture a silicone gel implant. In our office a simple ultrasound which takes a few minutes could readily discern whether the implant is intact are not. Discuss with your chosen plastic surgeon. Good luck.
