Dr. Mariotti and his entire team are amazing. My journey to my surgery with him was 3 years long. I was in the process of losing 90lbs and each time I met with him, regardless of my weight, he made me feel encouraged, supported, and worthy of looking my best. The same sadly cannot be said for many other surgeons I met with. Dr. Mariotti is just a good human, and it shows. His entire staff are all down to earth, compassionate, capable professionals. No one in his office looks plastic, or over done (always a good sign.). They prioritize your health and a good outcome first, over profit and speed. Audrey worked with me over the years on my scheduling, and though I personally felt like I was failing when I had to push out my surgery, twice, because my weight wasn't where I wanted it, she never made me feel that way, and made it easy to be honest and know they would be there when I was ready. My surgery was a beltlipectomy, breast lift, and back lipo. It was 7.5 hours long, so a big deal to be sure. While I was so scared of something going wrong, his nurses made me feel so safe, the anesthesiologist was also first rate at making me feel like I was in great hands. When I woke my pain was managed effectively, I stayed one night at his surgery center with two nurses who were attentive, easy to be with, and capable. The paperwork they give you to read ahead of time answered nearly every single question that came up for me during the process. I ended up with bladder infection and we called Dr. Mariotti on a Saturday. He returned within 5 minutes and the script was called in within 10. I wasn't made to feel like a burden for calling which is amazing. Now to the results. 10/10 on all fronts. Exceeded every expectation I had. My stomach is flat. Flat, flat. The stitching and incisions are so small people are flabbergasted when I show them. He is an artist to be sure. He didn't go over board on anything. My healing time has been shockingly fast. Everything was drainless which to me was a huge perk. I was prescribed an appropriate amount of pain medicine post op, with a good balance of keeping me comfortable and not over prescribing which would put my greater health at risk. My body looks better than it did when I was 15 years old at a normal weight. He evened out some boxiness I had that I really didn't realize was an issue. I can't quit trying on clothes and taking pictures. The confidence boost this will give me in my personal and professional life cannot have a price put on it. At 46 years old I feel like I look better than I did at 30. If you are in the Bay Area I cannot recommend Dr. Mariotti more. Gifted surgeon. Compassionate, caring man with his heart in the right place, and a staff that matches his priorities on every front. I'm so grateful to have found this team to help me through this journey!
I wrote the first part of this review 12/11/23 on Google and decided to also add it to other places where reviews are read for Dr. Mariotti and his practice. I had surgery by Dr Mariotti on 12/13/23. The entire experience since booking my consultation has been very pleasant, informative and every person I’ve encountered in his office and staff have been kind and supportive. I had my consult in August 2023 and scheduled surgery for 4 months later, which I felt was the perfect amount of time to prepare for my surgery and recovery. I lost almost 100 pounds and have been looking forward to this surgery for the last 2 years! Dr. Mariotti’s profile stood out to me for having so much experience with extreme weight loss patients. I was also impressed with the incision lines, belly buttons on tummy tucks as well as his use of the drainless technique. I appreciated how well he listened to me during our consult in hearing what I want and what I didn’t want. At no point did I feel pressured into procedures I didn’t want, which was a relief to me as I had consults with other surgeons who were insistent that I consider implants and that I “wouldn’t be happy if I didn’t choose them.” Dr. Mariotti was thorough in his explanation of how a 360 would benefit my specific body needs more than the extended tummy tuck I originally came in thinking I needed. He was absolutely right and the results from the 360 are definitely what my body needed to successfully remove all the excess skin in a way that would provide my body with consistent and smooth shape all around. This didn’t feel like pressure to choose something else, but an educated suggestion based on his years of experience and expertise. I could visibly see how the difference between the 360 results vs extended TT would be the results I wanted in the end without a doubt. I’m now one week post-op from 360 lower body lift with abdominal wall muscle repair as well as Brest excess skin removal and lift (no implants). The surgery day experience was exceptional! Every person that I interacted with from the check in staff to night nurses were all fantastic. I still have a few follow up appointments to get through but I have no fears or concerns with them as I’m recovering quite well and hope it stays that way. If for some reason it doesn’t, I know and trust that I have the full support of Dr. Mariotti and his staff. This is such a significant procedure, investment and commitment. I consulted with 5 other surgeons along with Dr. Mariotti and I felt so confident after our consult that he was the right choice for me. I highly recommend consulting with him to see if he is right for you, too. I truly have zero complaints about this experience in any way. And if I end up with any worth noting, I’ll be sure to come back and update for the sake of full transparency as I know that’s so important for individuals who are searching for a surgeon. Thanks Dr. Mariotti & Staff for being so fantastic! I’m looking forward to being supported through the rest of my recovery by you all. Edit/Update: 1/5/23 - I’m now 3 weeks post-op and my review remains the same, I am still thrilled with my results and so happy with the care I have received from Dr. Mariotti, Brittany and staff. I am healing so well, no complications at all. I have a few friends who had this same surgery before or at the same time as me from different surgeons elsewhere and I’ve had 3 of them now tell me “I wish I had gone to your surgeon” or “I wish my surgeon was as good as yours because your results are amazing!” While I know that every body heals differently and sometimes you can never predict how someone will heal, how the procedure is performed makes a huge difference in the healing and overall outcome. I firmly believe that Dr. Mariotti’s skill is top tier and it shows.
Hi all! I'm writing a review for the wonderful Dr Mariotti and his staff. I'm a bit late in starting this post since I already had my procedure yesterday - oops! I'm on Day 2 and while it's not exactly painless, it's tolerable. Dr M and everyone on his team are great! Very knowledgeable and kind - and he is an absolute artist when it comes to sculpting women's bodies. I'm 41 with 3 kids all born via c-section. I work out consistently, but no matter how many sit ups or crunches I do, it doesn't matter if my ab muscles are destroyed because of Diastasis recti :( Here are a few 'before' photos, I will track my progress here... Updated on 16 Jun 2023: It’s day 3 post op and the pain is real. The anesthesia has fully worn off and I’m on regular pain medication now. My back feels like it’s on fire because I’m constantly hunched over, but it’s all worth it in the end. I haven’t unwrapped my binder or looked at my tummy underneath, but I can already tell it’s going to look amazing. I have drain pouch that my husband empties 3x a day. I can’t wait to have my bandages off at my post op on Monday. Updated on 20 Jun 2023: Feeling better today, finally off the pain meds and switched to regular ibuprofen. I had my drain and bandages removed yesterday for my first post op and everything is healing well! I am amazed at how great everything looks, especially my belly button. I was expecting an oozing mess, but it definitely is not! I’m still pretty swollen and have yet to have a regular BM, but other than that, everything is going right as planned. I’m also still hunched over and my back and hips are killing me, but getting better each day. Updated on 7 Jul 2023: Updated on 21 Jul 2023: I’m still very swollen but pretty much almost healed :) my scar looks great! Definitely just a thin, clean line. Looking forward to no longer being bloated soon.
Hiya! I'm posting so someone else with my stats can have a reference point. Because it really helped me while doing my research to find other petite ladies. Just had my consultation with Dr M. Ok so first off consultation appointment was made in February and I was able to be seen in October. TRUST ME his office was worth the wait. Dr M's bedside manner was amazing. He gave plenty of information and answered all my questions as well as my husband's. I was not rushed into any decision. I was a little on the fence on a tummy tuck because of the scar. He did not pressure me at all. Instead he focused on the BA and lipo. All in all the consultation was great. I am so excited for my surgery date 12/14/22. I'll update again. Updated on 30 Nov 2022: Just had my PreOp with Dr M. It was awesome. His staff gave me so much information! They sent me home with another packet (yay!) I'm very glad Audrey took the time to jot down a few points as well. She left those notes in the packet for me. Everyone in that office is so nice and welcoming. I settled on a size I'm going to go with 350cc and 375cc. Apparently my ladies are different sizes and doing two different sizes will compensate and create symmetry. We went over the lipo stuff as well. I'm getting vaser lipo on my abdominal and upper outer hips. So here goes ladies!!! The count down begins to surgery day!!!! Here my stats: Height: 5’1 Weight: 118 Current size: 34B Implant size: 350cc - 375cc Updated on 7 Dec 2022: Ok I am SO EXCITED. I’m trying my best to pass the time. Got my invoice showing a zero balance today. I cannot believe this is real!!! Updated on 9 Dec 2022: I picked up all my meds as well as some surgical bandages incase my incisions leak. I’ve been taking vitamin c gummies for almost 2 weeks now. It was a recommendation in the personalized info book they give you. I cannot wait for the big day! Updated on 14 Dec 2022: I was pretty nervous going in. But the nurses were so positive and reassuring it put me at ease. I met with anesthesiologist she explained the process. She mentioned I may have a sour throat for a day to due to the breathing tube. When I first got there they put me in gown and had lounge in this amazing lazy boy. While in lounger chair they put in an IV and stared going through the paper work. After about 20 mins or so they had me walk into into the operating room. The anesthesiologist then add something to my IV and I fell asleep. I came to in the recovery room in a white foam wrap. It’s pretty thick so I can’t really see. The nurses gave me a heating blanket. I was so cozy and relaxed! After about an hour (not too sure) they had me sit a wheel chair and they wheeled me out to my husband. The nurse gave the husband all the information about post care and also handed him some discharge instructions. Well I’ve been home for 4 hours. Zero pain. I took one pain med at 8pm. Well see how I feel tomorrow. So far my Breast look AMAZING. I started doing my nudges and stretches as well. They’re uncomfortable but not too much. Updated on 16 Dec 2022: I’m feeling pretty good. Staying on top of my massages and walks. I’m also using a lymphatic massage roller. It’s a little sore. A lot of swelling has moved to my pelvic area. It’s looking a little bruised as well. The pain is probably a 3 on a scale of 10 without meds. My flanks itch like crazy! Which apparently is a good sign of nerves reconnecting. Updated on 19 Dec 2022: Had my first check in today with Dr M’s PA. She was great! Everything is looking great! I can’t wait till all the swelling goes down. The ladies are pretty soft. I learned a new massage to do. Can’t wait to start doing them. All in all the process is going great. The pain is about a 3 and it’s not a constant pain. It’s more like if I move to quickly the wrong way I’ll feel a shooting pain. I love the faja btw! Updated on 20 Dec 2022: The swelling is unreal today. My breast definitely feel it! I’m getting more twinges in my nipples. I’m assuming it’s the feeling slowly returning. My bruise under my left breast seems bigger. I really feel their weight today. I wasn’t able to walk as much today. My abs feel much better today. Just twinges off pain while sneezing/coughing/laughing/etc. I’m able to use the 3rd hook on my faja. The 3rd hook is the tightest hook!
So let me start off with I never do reviews but this one I’m gonna make the exception. 8 years ago I decided that I wanted to get a tummy tuck done but I felt I wasn’t ready for it yet as I wanted to lose weight and I wasn’t sure if I want to keep having more children I came to see Dr. Marriott back then to just get an idea if it was even possible. He gave me all the information I needed and that was it. Let’s forward to 2020 when I decided to go ahead and do my consultation. I had made a plan when I would like to schedule my surgery I contacted his office and everybody was super friendly and directed me to the right way of timing to schedule my consultation and surgery according to my plans. All the planning fell perfectly. As a mother of two big babies. My body was destroyed. I am 5’ and 94lbs when I had my first baby weighing at 8lbs he destroyed my body and muscles were gone. With my second baby I gain all the weight at 177lbs. I was very depressed and hated the way I looked. So I knew I was ready for this change. I decided to get my tubes tied and lost the weight. I made my consultation. Dr.Marriott has the best bed side matters. I never felt rushed through my consultation. He listened to all my concerns, worries and crazy questions. I felt super confident that I made the right choice. Surgery day comes July 12,2021 and I am a nervous wreck. He reassured me that everything would come out okay. He asked me if I could imagine what I would look like and I told him no. All he said to me was good because you will look better than you think. I couldn’t imagine myself without all my skin. Surgery was done and a week later I went back and finally saw myself for the first time hunched but I could see the results already. I couldn’t believe it was me. I cried happy happy tears. I love my results so much my confidence is through the roof. I also had lipo on my back. My bellybutton is so so cute. I was a little scared as a read on some Facebook groups other women complaining about theirs but he does amazing bellybuttons. The scar is so low it get perfectly covered under a bath suit or cute underwear. He did an amazing job. I would 1000% recommend him. I could not imagine going anywhere else. I still continue to work out and eat healthy to maintain my investment. Because it’s an investment to keep loving myself and live happy with my new body. His staff is also so amazing super friendly doesn’t make you feel like you don’t belong there. Very welcoming. His booking schedule can be months ahead but trust me he is worth the wait. In my search at the beginning I have read and saw some horrible story about being botched. But with Dr. Mariotti you will look better than you think.
Don't hesitate, book your consult NOW! I'm two weeks post op from a breast aug 400cc silicone Under the muscle and an umbilical hernia repair. I could not be happier with my results. I did a ton of research and after sifting through many surgeons within a 50 mile radius I found Dr. Mariotti. I read every single review looked at every before and after and knew he was going to be my surgeon. I booked a consult even though it was 6 months out (so worth the wait!) I had plenty of time to do research and consider my options and choices for my surgery. By the time I met with him I felt confident in my decision to have the procedures done. He is so professional and explains everything so simply. His years of experience really show. I explained that I wanted more top fullness but wanted a natural size proportioned to my body. After having 3 kids 2 years apart and nursing each for a year I didn't have much volume left. I didn't want to get a lift and he did the "pencil test" and assured me that I didn't need one. He had me try on 2 different sizes and said high profile would give me the look I desired and he was right! I recovered so quickly and was up and around the day after surgery, I had no bleeding, bruising or excess swelling. As far as my hernia repair. I'm still SHOCKED at the result! I cried at my 3 day post op when they took the bandage off! I thought I would never have a normal looking belly button again and now I have a cute little belly button that I had before! I am an hour and a half from his office and it's worth every minute of the drive! Audrey, Martha and all the ladies in the office are all so sweet too! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mariotti for anything you're looking to get done!
My breast implants were 21 years old. The pocket was stretched and so the implants would fall into my armpit when I would lay on my back. It was time for an update! I live in Colorado, but chose to have my surgery done with Dr. Eric Mariotti in Concord, California. Dr. Mariotti had performed the same surgery on a few of my friends with great results. It was a wonderful experience! His entire team provided personal attention, made me feel extremely comfortable and safe with the procedure. I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I am exactly 14 days postop.
I've always wanted a tummy tuck, ever since having a child to get rid of excess skin and stretch marks. I did my research and decided to go with Dr. Mariotti, he performed my breast aug on me previously years ago. He is very knowledgeable, listened to my wishes, and made my dreams come true. I am extremely happy with results and it's only post op day 4. I still have swelling, discomfort, but I know things will only continue to get better. I posted a before pic and my first after pic, which was taken right after the dressing were removed today at my first post op. My incision looks amazing, no jagged edges. My belly button is also looking great. I will post more pics, once I remove the tape to shower. I still have stretch marks, but that was supposed to happen because I had some stretch marks above my belly button and I'm ok with that. Anything above the belly button, will be moved down but not removed. My stomach has it looked this good in years!!!! Updated on 15 Nov 2020: Picture without the tape. Healing well.
What brought me to Dr. Mariotti was a personal reference who was thrilled with his work, even ten years later. I'm two weeks away from my surgery date and could not feel more confident in Dr. Mariotti's hands! His staff has been incredible and I appreciate all the little details (like prompt replies to emails, paperwork being sent quickly, answers to questions I totally forgot to ask, etc.) As soon as I booked a surgery date, Audrey immediately provided the paperwork and a pre-op booklet filled with every detail of information needed for the surgery itself. I also sincerely appreciate that he includes insurance with each breast augmentation surgery, something no other doctor even offered. I had my pre-op this week and immediately felt at ease with Dr. Mariotti. Within seconds, he found a photo with someone of a similar build, and he almost intuitively knew exactly the size of implant that I wanted. We moved to sizers, he the first size he had me try was perfect. Dr. Mariotti is so clearly an expert at what he does, I know I'm in good hands and cannot wait to update with my pre and post surgery photos. Updated on 5 May 2020: I'm going to try and make this detailed as I really appreciated reading other people's experiences when I was researching my breast augmentation! I had my surgery yesterday afternoon with Dr. Mariotti and am still so thrilled with both him and his fantastic staff. I checked into the surgery center, turned in my paperwork, then headed upstairs to the suite where the surgery was going to take place. I was greeted by two nurses, changed into a gown, had my vitals taken and the IV put in. Dr. Mariotti stopped by, we reviewed the implant size and decisions, and he made his marks under my breasts. I was then escorted into the surgery room itself where I laid down on the table, and was tucked in with warm blankets. Dr. Lee was the anesthesiologist and he was incredible. He put medication into my IV, I started to feel warm and happy... the next thing I know, I woke up in the recovery room! I expected to wake up in pain or super nauseaous, but I felt pretty darn good. A nurse was by my side immediately, she brought water, crackers and a pain pill. We reviewed post-op instructions and the staff called my husband to come pick me up. I changed back into my clothing and felt really awake and calm. They wheeled my out to the parking lot (COVID-19 change with visitors in the waiting room policy) and off we went. The first evening I was expecting a ton of pain, but I only had mild soreness. I took the pain pills every four hours, and set a timer for the middle of the night as well. I propped myself up on pillows so I could sleep on my back, since I'm normally a side sleeper. Day two, I woke up feeling much more sore but still nothing terrible. I have stretched out pain pills to every six hours today. I'm already so in love with my new boobs and cannot wait to watch them drop and fluff! Round, smooth, high profile Mentor implants, 325 and 350 ccs. I started as a 32B, new size is TBD. Updated on 9 May 2020: No pain pills in three days, and they are starting to drop. So in love with them. Have had many compliments about how skilled my surgeon must be. Dr Mariotti has made me feel excited and enthused about my body for the first time since having children. Couldn’t be happier! Updated on 26 May 2020: It’s been three weeks and I’m still so excited and in love with my new boobs! I’m healing nicely with zero pain. I was given the ok to sleep however I want two weeks ago, and even though I was scared to side-sleep again, my boobs are ok (lol). Today I was told I can wear any type of bra I want. New measurement is 32D. I can not recommend Dr Mariotti enough. He’s incredible and so is his staff. I only wish I’d done this sooner!
Last year was my first experience with plastic surgery, had a face lift, neck lift, lower eye, some fat grafting and had my forehead shortened. Was totally thrilled with the results and have spent the past year looking forward to taking care of the rest of me. I once weighed over 220, how much I don't know because I refused to get on a scale for a number of years. I started walking, changed by diet and eventually started running. Today I run marathons and weight 118. Problem has been all the extra skin, been years since I was willing to look an a mirror or walk out of the house in a short sleeve shirt. Hated seeing the skin wrinkling on my arms and hanging around my waist and sagging butt. The surgeon that had done my face lift moved and his office referred me to Dr Mariotti, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience and especially the results! Dr. Mariotti carefully explained my options, showed me the results to expect from each...it was the first time in a couple of years I'd looked at myself undressed in a mirror and it was not easy for me...but he was very matter of fact and reassuring and quickly made me comfortable. After discussing options I decided to go with the Belt Lipectomy (Body Lift) to address as much of the things I hate as possible. Arm lift, discussed the scar placement. He warned me the lift was going to leave me with a flat butt but since I was already flat with hanging skin, flat without sounded great. Surgery is preformed at a surgery center in the same building. This arrival was the only part of my experience that wasn't great...they seemed very rushed and despite my early arrival it took a bit to get checked in...actually took a bit to get someone to acknowledge I was there. Once I was called to preop Dr. Mariotti arrived and marked me, once again discussed scar placement on my arms. Then it was a quick meeting with the anesthesiologist and off to surgery. I would have appreciated this slowing down just a bit...I have had a lot of surgeries but even being pretty calm the pace made me a bit edgy. I stayed the night in the surgery center and the nurses were great. I was far more comfortable walking than in the recliner and they are all willing to get me up over and over during the night. I found this surgery much less painful than I was led to expect, my biggest problem was back spasms...which eased with walking. It was strange not to be able to stand upright, even warned...its still kind of unexpected. Dr Mariotti checked in on my the following morning and I had two surprises....one a bit of a bummer and one really awesome. Bummer was finding out I didn't have enough skin to remove my old bellybutton hole. Its a small lumpy scar that I will probably end up having revised later...so no big deal, awesome was finding out that I ended up having just enough fat for him re-position to give me a butt!!!! So happy not to have to deal with drains. I learned to hate them when I broke my back and have dealt with them a couple of times since and they have always caused me discomfort and sometimes actual pain. Removal has never been a pleasant experience for me either so this was a big plus. Today I am 18 days post op. I am able to stand fully upright, my recovery has been mostly flawless. I had a small (2 to 3in) wound dehiscence on day 16. Called the office, sent them a pic and came in the next day and had it stitched up. Had a check up today and its looking good...hoping that will be the last issue. I still have a bit of swelling, mainly lower belly, its not much but I'm so looking forward to seeing the final results...arms look amazing and I still can't get over how nice and flat my stomach looks. I cant get over how nice my butt is looking...perfect little tushy lol. I'll try to get some decent pics to post...I don't really have a single before pic...wouldn't allow anyone to take anything that would show my saggy skin. Now I find myself peeking in the mirror. This was SO worth it! Updated on 29 Dec 2019: Just a bit over 6 weeks post op and despite a minor set back healing continues to go well. Almost all the sutures are now flattened and I can't believe how thin and they already look. Arms have been surprisingly easy right from the start, other than a bit of soreness at the armpit it was pretty easy to forget I'd had them done...until I look in a mirror! Stomach swelling pretty much only toward the end of the day now. Had to have my waist measured for my company health plan and found I've lost 2 full inches, and that was while I still had some swelling. Can still feel some pulling across my hips and lower stomach area but for the most part everything is comfortable. My issues have oddly all been with the back side off the lift...on day 16 had a area of wound dehiscence just behind my hip. Quick office visit to get that stitched up can't tell were it was. 7 days later had a larger area just above the butt open up. Unfortunately for me that one happened while out Christmas shopping...bloody mess and really upset the store staff...not to mention me! Again, quick trip to get stitched back up....also hard to spot now. Now I'm dealing with another open wound, this one is going to have to heal open due to its location. Its a pain getting the pads/bandaids and antibiotic in place since I can't twitch due to my fused spine. Have to get creative with mirrors to be able to see lol. Still having some issues sitting, and find a comfortable sleeping position isn't the easiest...most of this has been from the begining...but the last open wound has definitely added to it. I have to say I was expecting way most pain from the arms and stomach than I have experienced....and was not prepared for the pain in my butt. Thrilled with the results and already looking forward to buying a short sleeved shirt and a bikini!!! Updated on 2 Jan 2020: so far except for dealing with multiple wound openings above my butt healing has been very quick and scars are already looking better than I'd been led to expect. Arm incisions are the last to smooth out. going to be really hard to see once they finish healing. have recovered all feeling except the lowest part of the stomach area.
Without a topless photo, I can't tell if it is truly nipple malposition (incorrectly measured location) or the more common bottoming out of the breast tissue. When this happens, the "too much" breast tissue at the bottom of your breasts fills up the cup of a lady's bra and the nipples peek above the bra fabric. A correction might be to tighten just the skin of the lower part of the breast, or it might be that plus removal of some of the breast tissue that is inferolateral (down and out), or it might take a complete re-do of all of the scars (plus skin and tissue removal). The goal is that if you can't lower the nipple to have it in the center, then you try to raise the breast to bring it up.
It looks like you would benefit the most from a combined breast lift and augmentation to achieve the results you’re hoping for. Getting breast implants alone may actually make breast ptosis, or sagging, worse due to the added weight of the implant. Based on your photos, it appears that you already have some level of ptosis, so a breast lift and augmentation would be recommended. It is much simpler to combine both procedures into one surgery now, rather than to get only implants now and add a lift down the road.
Yes, most plastic surgeons are going to ask that you wear a specific type of surgical or compression bra following your breast lift with implants. This helps to control swelling and should make you feel more comfortable as you recover. Every plastic surgeon will have their own preferences and protocols for the type of bra you wear, as well as guidelines for when and how long to wear it. For this reason, it is best to check with your doctor to find out more details about what bra to buy. In many cases, the first surgical bra will be provided for you on the day of your surgery.
Based on your photos, it looks like you should be able to see great body contouring results from liposuction alone. You do not appear to have much loose or excess skin, which would be the main reason to include a tummy tuck. So in your case, I would expect excellent results without the inclusion of a tummy tuck. There is a variety of different liposuction types and techniques, including VASER liposuction, that you may want to discuss with your plastic surgeon to help you decide which could be the best fit for you.
Think of liposuction as a body contouring tool to refine weight loss and fitness results, rather than a method of weight loss itself. The ideal candidate for liposuction will already be at or very close to his or her target weight, with a few areas of stubborn fat that aren’t responding to exercise. Have you discussed weight loss options with your physician regarding PCOS? This may be the best place to start in your situation. Once you have come closer to hitting your weight loss goal, liposuction and/or abdominoplasty may be a good option.
