Do I need a full lift or benelli lift?

I find that my implants sag after 3rd child they have never sat to how I wanted. I want much more projection at the top and I feel it all hangs at the bottom. To get my desired look what would I need to do ? I have 375cc atm and would like to go bigger between 400/450 cc but I'm worried that they will sag even more without a lift of some sort please help !!

Hello,Although it is not 'normal', open wounds do happen.  Care for them is actually best with saline soaked gauze that is changed a few times daily.  Ointments or medicine is unnecessary. Follow up with your surgeon frequently, and you will heal quickly.Best of luck!
