I have slightly asymmetrical nose, which makes one side of my nose look bad in some angles, so I want to add some fillers in the lower lateral part of my nose to make it the same as the other side But i have heard that its a dangerous spot to add fillers, since its close to some arteries including lateral nasal artery. is it possible to do it? And second, can using an ultrasound make my procedure safe? If the arteries can be seen I guess the chance of injecting into them should be eliminated.
