How can I improve my profile? (photos)

There are multiple options available to improve one's profile. From chin implant, genioplasty (cutting chin bone), injectables, fat grafting, and liposuction.  All of these options alone or in combination can help improve the appearance of one's profile. The options available to you, depend upon your exact goals.  Rhinoplasty could also play a part in improving your profile.  For example,  a rhinoplasty, submental liposuction, and genioplasty (to lengthen the lower third of your face and decrease the appearance of that "dent" that concerns you) may be a viable combination that would serve to address your goals. Seek consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon experienced maxillofacial surgery and facial plastic surgery.  The side profile photograph demonstrates an overly projecting nose with the dorsal hump, and a weak recessive chin profile. A  Rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, while placement of a small chin implant can augment the chin forward. Both procedures are complementary to each other. Chin implants are placed under local anesthesia, while a rhinoplasty is performed under general anesthesia. The braces did not make your profile worse.
