How to get a round face with filler and avoid the skeleton look or a heavy bottom half? (photos)

I had Juvederm in my cheek area one week ago to get rid of my marionette lines.I'm not satisfied as they only improved slightly.I have a follow up in one month for potential Botox related to TMJ issues that also cause me to have a boxy look on the left side. Dr said he will put 10 units on each side, could that help my smile lines also? Would putting filler in the back part of my cheek (around the ear) pull my skin back and give my face a fuller look improving facial fullness and my cheek folds?
