Filler results can take 1-2 weeks. For marionette lines, I recommend a combination approach with fillers for the folds themselves and to provide anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Lasers and microneedling/prp can improve texture and tone, while ultherapy and rf treatments can provide skin tightening and lift. I recommend seeing a cosmetic dermatologist for a formal evaluation. Thank you for your question. I suggest trying Volume to your cheeks. This will give you a more rounded face while avoiding the heaviness to the lower face. Voluma can be injected depply in the hollows of the cheeks and help create a fullness while at the same time lifting the nasolabial folds and jowls below. Amazing results in facial contouring can be achieved with today's fillers in the right hands. My preference is use of Bellafill for volumizing, as it lasts for at least 5-10 years (instead of the 2 years that Voluma lasts). Injection in the upper cheek and in front of the ear not only restores volume to the mid face, but also reduces the lines in the nasolabial folds and Marionette lines. Fillers can also be used to contour the jaw line. Be sure to seek out an expert injector who understands the facial anatomy.

Hi  Qu6, I personally believe that commercial fillers are never ever a permanent and good solution for your face. The best treatment for your face is filling with your own fat. 

Hi and thanks for your question. It is important that you get a good consultation from an experience physician. A filler would be appropriate for your cheeks, such as Voluma or Radiese.  Botox will help the TMJ issue , but normally much more than 10 units are required.  Good luck. Dr. Eros

Couple of points:
1. As someone mentioned 10 units of botox for the large masseter muscle is too little
2. You could probably use more filler but I would wait a week or so because sometimes the filler effect is more apparent a few weeks after treatment when swelling goes down. I would say voluma on the cheeks and perhaps some juvederm into the NLF and marionette lines if they are still present after volumizing the cheeks.
Seek a board certified dermatologist.

10 units of Botox for the masseter is extremely small amount and won't affect the smile line and may not affect the masseter.  You need volume added and in Canada you can get redexis which is an excellent long lasting volumizer. 

Thank you for your question Qu6. Botox is a purified protein used to address wrinkles associated with
facial expression. I use Volulma in the upper cheeks to pull up on the lower face. This improves nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Botox can be placed in the masseter muscle for those with hypertrophy to contour the lower face. An in office exam is required for assessment. I would agree that Voluma is a great choice for increasing volume in the mid-face. You said you had Juvéderm in your cheek area to get rid of marionette lines...just to clarify, marionette lines are the lines the run from the corner of the mouth down to the chin. I see virtually nothing there in your photos, so I'm guessing maybe you meant to say nasolabial folds? These are the lines that run from the nostril down to the corner of the mouth. Nasolabial folds will improve very slightly when placing filler in the cheeks, but not dramatically. It is mostly just a positive bonus to the volume replacement in your cheeks. 
If your focus is on the nasolabial folds, then that is what you should treat. A hyaluronic acid filler in that area is a great option. Something such as Restylane, Belotero or other Juvéderm products will work great. Based on the photos you have, you shouldn't need very much to get a natural looking improvement. Make sure you are seeing a board-certified dermatologist and experienced injector for these treatments. I find that quite often, less is more. You can always start with a small amount and build on it if you aren't 100% satisfied.
As for the Botox, I assume you are referring to the masseter muscles. Yes, treating the masseters with Botox can produce a major change in your face shape, but I don't expect that particular treatment to impact your nasolabial folds very much at all, if any. Generally speaking, Botox in the masseter muscles will help round out a strong, square jawline. (Bethenny Frankel's natural jawline is a perfect example, and she has spoken about her own experiences with that treatment as well.)
My advice would be to take it one treatment at a time and be very clear with your physician about what your goals are. If you continue to put filler in the cheeks, no matter where, eventually you will have a wider mid-face and the lower face will appear more gaunt in proportion. Sometimes filler in the temples can also help really soften the overall face shape, so that is something else to keep in mind. Hope this is helpful to you!
