What is the best professional microneedling pen on the market right now?

I recently started researching micro needling to help improve the appearance of stretch marks on my breasts after some recent weight loss. However, as I am visiting different medical spas each one has a different micro needling pen they use. Is there one pen in particular that's more superior/advanced than others? How do I know which one will work best for me? The three different pens that I've heard of so far is the Dermapen, SkinStylus and the SkinPen II.

A combination approach would give the most improvement to skin quality. I recommend microneedling combined with prp, lasers, and skin care to give improvement.  I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

I recommend following up with a Doctor for after care recommendations. This can be due to the histamine release with a microneedling treatment. With microneedling, I always add prp and lasers to get the best outcomes. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Unfortunately, the micro channels created by micro needling close quickly and so anything applied to the skin 2 days later will not be able to use these channels as a pathway into your skin.  We generally have patients apply TNS Recovery to their skin the following day since this will absorb ...

Yes, these marks can be improved with microneedling. I recommend combining with prp and lasers (ProYellow, Excel V, Vbeam) to get the most improvement. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

It is recommended to wait at least 5-7 days post treatment.  It depends on how long you've been using the retina.  How aggressive the treatment was.  If anything was used in conjunction with the micro needling.  Always check back with the office that you got the treatment...
