To get the benefits from PRP you must use on the skin within 8 hours after the skin has been needled.

It is normal after microneedling to experience some redness and dryness. Using PRP two days after the procedure will not really accomplish anything because the stem cells penetrate the skin when tiny little channels are opened with the needles during the procedure. So PRP is applied before and immediately after.
After microneedling it is important to keep your face well hydrated and protected with a good quality sun block
