A combination approach would give the most improvement to skin quality. I recommend microneedling combined with prp, lasers, and skin care to give improvement.  I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

I have been seeing amazing results with microneedling combined with PRP so would recommend this over chemical or laser peels.  It is also safer since PRP is harvested from your own body.  I would recommend using a moisturizer with either alpha hydroxy acid or retinol to improve the quality of your skin.  Consult with a board-certified and experienced cosmetic dermatologist.
