Do you believe I need to be concerned with my upper eyelid surgery scar?

Hello, and thank you for your time and support! When my surgeon removed the stitches, a couple areas of my incision reopened slightly. This would be near the nose and toward the end of my incision closest to tail of eyebrow. My incisions are really noticeable although I was told they would be hidden in the crease. I’m worried they are hypertrophic and will grow I’m grateful for your advice.
