Laparotomy scar revision - how to find a surgeon who specializes in un-adhering this? (photos)

I had 4 open surgeries for diverticulitus and a temp ostomy 1 year ago. The vert Scar is now partially adhered to below the skin, esp at the top below the sternum causing redness and some puckering. Doing PT to loosen it but feel i've maxed it out. also have some minor discomfort breathing heavy like a "pit in my stomach" feeling. Wondering how to find a surgeon who specializes in un-adhering this or if its worth it to try. think my body likes to create scar tissue.
