Will I have any shape/cleavage going from 32A & no breast tissue to 300CC soft touch silicone implants?

Had some amazing advice on here so thank you I'm feeling confident about the size now but still struggling with shape. I'm 5 ft 1, 7 stone & almost no breast tissue (32A) I was told I have to have unders due to tissue. I'm really worried about having no Shape/cleavage as that's the most important thing to me I don't just want big shapeless boobs. I would post a picture but worried about it being stuck on here. Thanks for any advice! :)

 I don't think you have anything to worry about. If something looks amiss reported to your plastic surgeon but otherwise I think you can forget about it.

Saline implant ruptures do not typically cause any of these signs or symptoms.  You should be looking elsewhere to determine the cause of your pain.
