Will I have any shape/cleavage going from 32A & no breast tissue to 300CC soft touch silicone implants?

Had some amazing advice on here so thank you I'm feeling confident about the size now but still struggling with shape. I'm 5 ft 1, 7 stone & almost no breast tissue (32A) I was told I have to have unders due to tissue. I'm really worried about having no Shape/cleavage as that's the most important thing to me I don't just want big shapeless boobs. I would post a picture but worried about it being stuck on here. Thanks for any advice! :)

You should have a great cleavage after a 300cc breast augmentation. From your description is sounds like you are planning on having the implant placed under the muscle...as you should. A poor cleavage with sub-muscular augmentation occurs when the inside muscle is not adequately released. If it is, you should have terrific shape and a nice cleavage.

If you are concerned about having the most natural appearance possible, you may want to consider a shaped implant.  Because this implant is less full in the upper part, similar to a breast that has not been augmented, it will give you a more natural shape.  Also, as in your case, when a patient has less breast tissue (essentially less cover), your breast shape is more likely to take on the shape of the implant. This may be another reason to consider a shaped or anatomic implant.  I agree with placing the implant under the muscle to provide more "cover" in someone with less breast tissue like you.I hope that helps.

Cleavage is determined in most part by your anatomy..  If your cleavage is very wide, then it will likely be similar to what it is now.

You may be a candidate for the form stable implants to help shape your breasts.  It really depends on a consultation to figure out what the right implants are for you to help get you the desired postoperative look.
