Chin implant with liposuction of neck will improve your jawline,I recommend you consult with a board certified PS.Good luck on your search!Kenneth Hughes, M.D.Beverly Hills, CA.
Yes, a chin implant combined with neck liposuction improves the jawline. Patients are happy with the improved appearance. In addition, some patients with a weak chin can consider buccal fat reduction too. Both procedures don't need to necessarily be performed at the same, but it's commonly performed to maximize one's appearance.Best,Dr. Chaboki
It appears from your photos that you have a weak chin. There also appears to be a prominent fat pad under the chin and extending to the sides of the neck. Performing liposuction on these areas can help to create a refined appearance to the jawline. Performing both simultaneously can truly optimize your result. A consultation would be most helpful to determine if you are an ideal candidate for both. Best of luck.
lizethdez, I have no idea who Arian grande is but you could use a chin and perhaps a medial platysmaplasty. Do not do closed liposuction; not a good idea in the face or neck. See an experieinced specialsit with good photos and one the does "only faces". Search the Internet. Good luck!
A full set of photographs are required to make a determination about being a candidate for 2 surgical procedures. When patients have a weak and recessive chin profile, a chin implant can improve the projection of the chin which helps improve the jawline. Chin implants are manufactured in a large variety of sizes and shapes, are composed of Silastic, and are usually placed through a small incision underneath the chin. Liposuction of the fatty deposits in the neck can also help improve the jawline. Both a chin implant and liposuction of the neck are complementary procedures to each other to help with better jawline definition. A chin implant to improve projection combined with liposuction of your neck will improve the definition of your jawline. This combination is the best treatment for this problem which is something I'm frequently asked about.
Hi, I have performed many Chin Augmentations using chin implants for over 30 years. From the photos, your chin is weak and there is excess fat in the neck just below the chin. A weak chin creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy and the lower face look short that de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a double chin. Chin augmentation using a chin implant will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face. I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick and highly effective. I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone. In my opinion, you are a good candidate for chin implant surgery. I would perform liposuction of the neck at the same time for further shaping and contouring of the neck area.Hope this helps.
