lizethdez, I have no idea who Arian grande is but you could use a chin and perhaps a medial platysmaplasty. Do not do closed liposuction; not a good idea in the face or neck. See an experieinced specialsit with good photos and one the does "only faces". Search the Internet. Good luck!
