Chin implant; will it help extented the length of my jaw and neck angle to the normal length and create facial harmony? (Photos)

A chin implant will extend the length of your jaw line and also brought in a bit. A chin implant does exactly what its name implies...augments the chin. It will make no changes behind it and will leave the jaw angles just the way they are which is high and rounded. You would need to add jaw angle implants with your chin implant or ideally have a custom jawline implant made that augments the entire jawline from angle to angle in a wrap around fashion.

hunter16, you should consider a chin/jowl extended implant put in by a submental incision. See an experienced specialist that does "only faces". I would expect a good result. Good luck!

  Hi, based upon the beauty principles outlined in my book on face and body beauty, men look chiseled and handsome with angularity in the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles. From the photos, your cheeks are flat anteriorly (in the front), the chin is weak as are the mandibular angles. This combines to create an elongated oval shaped face.    A weak chin creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy and the lower face look short that de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a double chin.  Chin augmentation using a chin implant will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face.  I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick and highly effective.The following procedures would create a more ruggedly handsome face.Cheek augmentation with cheek implants to add angularity to the cheeks and mid face.
